Standard Hourly Rate = $54.00 (fin yr 2007-08)
Onsite visits are charged at $54 (includes the 1st hour or part thereof) then $27 for each half hour block or part thereof.
Online assistance is charged at $9 for the first 5 minutes and then $4.50 for each subsequent 5 minutes or part thereof.
Traveling expense is $25 for each 50 Kms, or part thereof, beyond our general service area.
General service area is bounded by a line connecting Moana, Onkaparina Hills, Woodcroft, Aberfoyle Park, Coromandel Valley, Hawthorndene, Mitcham, Beaumont, Wattle Park, Rostrevor, Athelstone, Highbury, Hope Valley then Grand Junction Road and then south along the coast to Moana.
